This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel your subscription or seek a refund for any service purchased through the Platform. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment on https://www.flixwood.co.in/ (“Website” or “Platform”).
Users may cancel their Flixwood subscription at any time from their account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle and will not renew automatically for the next cycle. No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for the remaining period of an active subscription.
All payments made on the Flixwood Platform are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including cases of early cancellation, non-usage, or dissatisfaction.
However, in rare cases of technical failure or duplicate payment, Flixwood may, at its sole discretion, approve a refund after verifying the issue. Any approved refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that automatic subscription renewals are also non-refundable. Users are advised to cancel their subscription before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue using the service.
