You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flixwood, its affiliates, directors, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
Flixwood shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or technical failures.
These Terms and any disputes related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab.
